Sales Order Processing is designed to deliver lots of historical and current order and stock information, along with a broad range of options for managing the order.

Historical information includes previous order history and trends so you can identify if a customer is not buying. Current stock information so you can advise and inform and this drills down into current allocations and Purchasing information.
Order Management options include despatch options, Back-to-Back purchasing, managing allocation at point of order and manufacturing back-to-back.

Epos and Counter Sales:

Epos simply extends the functionality available in the main system out into a counter sales environment .
Your till points link directly with your stock, purchasing, sales and accounting systems allowing you to control your business, including stock, cash and credit control in a retail type environment. All till transactions, including cash and account sales, are posted in the system in real time. This maintains a complete data set for analysis of volumes, margins and profits.

EPoS also integrates the till with the Sales Ordering system. This allows you to split a till transaction so some of it is taken away and some of it is delivered and to take a sales order for a special or or out of stock item. These orders are automatically fed through to the despatch and purchasing system. EPoS ... simply an extension of the core commercial system..

E-commerce:

Adaptive Accounting's provides you with three options for E-commerce. The first is to integrate with your existing web shop. This is often straight forward and requires little effort.

Alternatively, you can use Adaptive Accounting’s own E-commerce front end, either as a live web shop, which means that it simply becomes and extension of the main business system, or as an off-line system where the databases are synchronized periodically.
